How to use it
- Pick the equipment from the list. The checks come from our free checklists.
- Type one unit ID per line, such as FL-014 and FL-015. Add the site if you like.
- Print the sheets, one per unit. Use them alongside the manufacturer's operator manual and your site's procedures.

- The checks are a starting point. For changes that stick, download the checklist as a Word or Excel file from its own page and edit it, or build one from scratch with the free checklist builder.

- The sheets are made in your browser and saved on this device. We don't see them.

Common questions
- What does the QR code hold?
- The unit ID, or a link ending in the unit ID if you add a web address. A phone camera reads it. What it opens depends on where you point it.
- Can I use it for equipment that isn't on the list?
- Use the free checklist builder, which starts blank or from any of our checklists, then print the sheet. This generator is for the equipment we have a checklist for.
- How many sheets can I make at once?
- Up to 40 in one go. Leave the IDs empty for one blank sheet.
