One system
One simple system for every frontline team, and everyone behind them.
PortalBase is mobile first. Crews do the work, the training and the checks on the phone they carry. The web app ties in everyone else: the foreman, the safety lead, the training lead, operations and the people who sign off.

What the crew sees
The same app, pointed at this job.
Sample company and data, made up for the picture.
Two surfaces
The phone is where the work happens. The web is where it comes together.
Both are the same system. One account, one list, one record. What you see depends on your role.
In the field. Today's list. The course. The inspection. The form. It all works with no signal and syncs when it can. A native app on iPhone and Android, built for gloves, noise and a cracked screen.
In the office. Assign work, review the failures, build forms, set up people and sites, run reports. Admin tools sit inside the regular web app, not in a separate console.
Why it's simple
Fewer things to learn, fewer things to break.
01
One list. A task, a course, a form to fill, an inspection to run. Anything a person has to do is an assignment, and it shows up in one place.
02
One sign-on. One identity per person across phone and web. Company single sign-on where you run it. A separate way in for crews with no company email.
03
One record. Training, inspections, forms and incidents feed the same records. Reports open the records behind every number.
04
One setup. Import people, pick templates, assign training, invite crews by text. A company goes live with no custom development.
Why it's flexible
Shaped to your company, not the other way around.
01
Your structure. You name your levels and their order: region, plant, area, crew. A contractor adds customer and customer site. Nothing is hard-coded, not even the word site.
02
Your screens. Your admin decides which tiles each type of user gets, in what order, with what names and icons. A flagger can see four. A foreman can see seven.
03
Your words and brand. Your logo, your colors and your names for sites, crews and features, across the app and the web.
04
Your forms and checks. Build the forms and inspections your work needs. Attach them to a level, an asset type or a role.
The building blocks
Use one piece or all of them.
Each product does one job. Solutions put them together for a bigger one, like safety and compliance or shift handover.
Training and LMS
Courses, quizzes and skill checks.

- Does the web app replace the phone app?
- No. The phone is where crews do the work. The web is where leads and admins assign, review, build and report. Same account, same records.
- Do we have to use every product?
- No. They share one list, one sign-on and one record, so adding the next one doesn't mean adding another system.
- Does it work with no signal?
- Training, forms and inspections do. They save on the phone and sync when signal comes back. Ask needs signal. With none, the app searches the documents already on the phone.
