For operations

Stop retyping what the crew wrote on paper.

Daily reports, equipment checks and site logs get filled on the phone, with photos and signatures. What the crew enters is the data your reports read from.

The products this solution puts together.

The problem on the ground

The data gets collected twice.

On site. The crew fills a daily report on paper, in the rain, and some of it's smudged.

In the office. Someone types it into a spreadsheet on Friday.

In the report. The numbers are a week old and nobody can find the photo behind them.

Once. The crew fills it in on the phone. Every answer is a record you can slice and open.

The form builder

Build the form your crew already uses

Field types. Text, numbers, dates, choices, checklists, photo, video, signatures, location, barcode scans and ratings.

Logic. Show or hide questions based on answers. Required fields stay required. Math runs in code, not in the AI.

Starter templates. We write job hazard analysis, daily reports, toolbox talks, equipment checks and site audits for you to start from.

Site versions. One form, with a version for each site. Reference material sits on the question it belongs to.

Logs and QR forms

Running records and no-login forms

  • Logs. A shared running record for a plant area, a site or a truck. Everyone adds notes, photos and readings. Entries only get added, so two people writing at once never collide.
  • Site diary. A log can serve as a site diary or a unit's maintenance notes.
  • QR forms. Visitors, subcontractors and hazard reports scan a code and fill the form with no account.
  • Anonymous means anonymous. A form marked anonymous collects no identity and no device identifiers.

From the field to the report

Where an answer goes

  1. Step 1

    Fill it

On the phone, offline if there's no signal. It saves on the device.

  2. Step 2

    Sync it

It uploads when signal comes back. Large files upload in the background and resume.

  3. Step 3

    Route it

A failed answer can notify someone and open a corrective action.

  4. Step 4

    Report it

Slice by site, crew, shift or template. Every number opens the records behind it.

Common questions

What if we change a form later?
You publish a new version. A submission keeps the version it was filled on, so old records don't change.
Can we get the data out?
Yes. CSV and PDF exports, scheduled email reports and a read-only feed for BI tools are on the roadmap. A documented API and webhooks are there from the start, and a company can export everything in open formats.
Do people need to be online?
No. Forms work with no signal and sync on their own. The worker can always see what's still waiting to upload.
