Bring your old courses with you.

If your courses live in an older LMS, you don't have to rebuild them. Export a course as a SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 package and drop the .zip into New training.

Each lesson becomes a step in the training, and the course plays from PortalBase's own content site. Each person's progress and score come across with it.

After the import it's a normal training. You can add a video, a quiz or a signature step, and hand it out like any other.
