One upload box for every file.

Files come into PortalBase in a lot of places: a roster, a SCORM course, a certificate, a document. Each place used to ask in its own way.

Now it's the same box everywhere on the web. Drag the file in, or press Choose file. The box says what it takes, and once you've picked a file it shows the name and size.

It's a small change. It means you don't have to guess whether a file went in.
