How pricing works.
You pay per person, per month, and only for the people who sign in that month. Everyone else is free. No device fees, and no surprise invoices.
Who you pay for
You pay for

- On their own phone, a shared tablet or a kiosk, or on the web.
- A kiosk or shared tablet counts like any other sign-in, with no extra device fee.
You don't pay for
- Crews a supervisor or admin fills forms out for.
- People who sign on a group sheet on a supervisor's phone.
- Former employees. Their history stays.
- People named in a record, like an incident or a class roster.
The day someone needs their own course or their own form, they sign in, and they count that month.

Common questions
- Why sign-ins and not headcount?
- Because the people who use the software are the ones who need the seat. A crew a supervisor fills forms for doesn't use it themselves, so they don't pay. It works like a CRM: you pay for the salespeople, not the customers in it.
- What about seasonal crews?
- You commit to a headcount for the year, and there are no surprise invoices mid-year. Tell us about your busy and slow seasons when you ask for a quote.
- Is there a free plan?
- No. What we do instead is build a demo for your company, with your sites, your people and your forms, so you see it on your own work before you decide.
- Do kiosks and shared tablets cost extra?
- No. A sign-in on a kiosk or a shared tablet counts like any other sign-in. There's no device fee, and no discount either.
- Is Spanish included?
- Yes. English and Spanish are in every package.
- Is there a minimum?
- Yes, a minimum applies to any package. We'll say what it is when we quote.
- Can I pick only the packages I need?
- Yes. Each person is billed for the packages their role can open, so a supervisor can have Operate while a crew member who only takes training has Train. Complete is all three.
