If your HR or payroll system makes a file of people, drop that file in. PortalBase maps its columns to the fields you use, including your own company fields.
It checks the file first and shows what would change. Only then does it apply it.
The same sync is there for equipment and for sites. If you'd rather not use a file, there's an API for people sync too.
