FORT WORTH, Texas, October 19, 2026. PortalBase's connector for Claude is now listed in Claude's connector directory. A person can connect Claude to their own PortalBase and ask about their own work: whose forklift cards run out this month, what's open today, which inspections are waiting on review.
Each connection acts only as the person who signed in, and sees only what that person can see. A read-only connection can't change anything. Anything an AI drafts, like a form or a workflow, waits for a person to publish it. An admin can turn connections on or off for the company, and end any one of them at once.
PortalBase also connects to ChatGPT and Microsoft 365 Copilot by adding the same connector address. PortalBase has submitted its listings for both directories, and they're in review.
"People already ask their AI about their day. Now it can answer from their real records, and only theirs," said Calvin Titus, CEO of PortalBase.
About PortalBase
PortalBase is one system for the people who do the work: store teams, hotel staff, plant operators, warehouse crews, construction and field service.
Training, forms, inspections, safety records and corrective actions live in one app on the phone your people already carry. It works with no signal and syncs when they're back in range. Leads, admins and executives work from the same records on the web.
PortalBase is AI-native. Describe a form, a training or a workflow and get a draft to review, then publish it. Your people ask questions in plain words and get answers from your own documents and training videos, with the page or the moment cited. It connects to Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft 365 Copilot, and it acts only as the person who signed in.
Every training, signature, inspection and fix is on the record, ready for an audit, a client or an inspector.
