- As far ahead as it takes to book the course or the renewal. For some certifications that's a few weeks. For others it's months. Set the window to match your longest lead time.
- Can I paste a list from a spreadsheet?
- Yes. Paste lines as name, certification, date. Dates can be written like 2027-03-15 or 3/15/2027.
- Does it send reminders?
- No, it's a list you open. PortalBase can alert people and their leads before a certification lapses.
