Delete your PortalBase account

Last updated October 19, 2026.

Your company gave you your PortalBase account, so your company finishes deleting it. You can ask from the app or from the web, and you don't need the app installed.

1. How to ask

  • In the PortalBase app: open Profile, then Sign-in and security, then Delete my account.
  • On the web: sign in at portalbaseai.com/sign-in, open Profile, then Sign-in and security, then Delete my account.
  • Can't sign in? Email hello@portalbaseai.com from the address your company has for you, or ask your supervisor. We'll pass it to your company.

Whoever manages you at your company is told and finishes it. Until then you can take it back from the same place.

2. What's deleted

  • Your sign-in, including any sign-in through your company's single sign-on.
  • Your email address and phone number.
  • Your PIN, your badges, your notification settings and your phone's push token.
  • Any AI tools you connected to your account.
  • PortalBase's data on your phone, the next time it connects. Nothing else on your phone is touched.

3. What your company keeps

Your name, your employee ID, and the work records you made: inspections, training, forms, signatures and the like. Those are your company's records, often ones it has to keep by law. Your company sets how long each kind is kept and deletes them on that schedule. To ask about those, ask your company.

Backups age out on their normal schedule.
